The host, Sahil, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He also cooks delicious food, which made the experience even better. The surroundings were beautiful, with plenty of cafes nearby. The best part of the property was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—it was absolutely amazing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would personally highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

Hippy Hyde is probably the most well laid out property in the lush green orchards of Kalga end to end with a gorgeous 360 degree view of the hills, unlike the concrete patches that have popped up everywhere else in Kalga. More importantly, Sahil bhai who runs the property is one of the sweetest, most accomodating, fun and lively people who makes one feel at home throughout and with his extensive knowledge of the entire area one can enjoy amazing short hikes and long multi-day treks at whim!
