The toilet seat is broken
Even after telling 4 times no handwash was placed in the bathroom .
After asking they said sir why have you booked in 10 bed ? Its your fault
Kuch nahi milega .
Worst hostel , go for Kasol Shalom , the best experience i have had .

Had a great experience staying at Madpackers, Katagla!
1. Location: Property is located facing Parvati valley river, next to Asherwoods and before ATS cafe. You need to cross that small bridge by walk to get to the property. There are lots of cafes nearby to eat and chill, bakeries and small lane to roam around.
2. View: Our room had a balcony with Parvati valley river view, which was just amazing 🫶🏽💙with sound of river flowing and cool breeze, it was such a serene and calm vibe. You could just sit on your bed in the room and still see the river view. The valley and river view from bridge is just wow! 👌🏽😍
3. Hospitality: Hussain and Pankaj are very welcoming, kind, and helpful. We arrived early than our check-in time and all rooms were full, however, Pankaj was kind enough to provide us Blanket and a heater to keep us warm and provided the room as soon as people checked-out. 😌
4. Room: We had booked a Triple Room which had a cute balcony overlooking the river. The room and washroom were clean and nice. Hot water was available in washroom. You could also get hot/cold drinking water from the Purifier kept at the reception.
5. Vibe: Such a cool vibe! There are multiple board games available to play at reception area, people even play cards and have bonfire at night. Such a cool place to stay with your friends/cousins.
Overall we had a great time! 🩷

the hotel was poorly maintained. Service was very poor, there was no proper reception, and basic amenities like water, bottles, and glasses were missing. Overall, only the view made the stay worthwhile. Srif viw aacha hai hotel se aur kuch bhi aacha nahi hai they don't carry language to room also the want extra money for that no water no breakfast nothing
