1.地點絕佳：門口就有輕軌，旁邊的路直通Darling Harbour，在房內即可看到每周六的港灣煙火、無人機燈光秀，對面就是paddy's market 採買方便 2.自動化設備完善：有洗衣機、烘衣機，還有一台很方便的洗碗機、烤箱等，大樓還附設游泳池。 3.採光很好、燈光可以調亮度... 1.Excellent location: The light rail station is right outside the building, and the street next to it leads directly to Darling Harbour. From inside the apartment, we could enjoy the weekly Saturday harbour fireworks and drone light show. Paddy’s Market is just across the street, which made grocery shopping very convenient. 2.Well-equipped with appliances: The unit includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and other essential appliances. The building also has a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. 3.Good natural lighting: The apartment has plenty of natural light, and the indoor lighting allows brightness adjustment.

1.設備陳舊未更新/維護：兩間浴室的水龍頭似乎皆因橡膠老化無法順利關緊，shower水壓很低、馬桶座墊的墊片掉了，造成坐起來歪斜；廚房瓦斯爐阻塞，爐頭的火大小不一易燒焦，抽油煙機未清潔吸力薄弱、不沾平底鍋已經被刮花，炒菜匙也有熔化的感覺，如果打算在這裡好好煮飯，可能會覺得很痛苦。 2.取鑰匙跟本是一場烏龍：藏鑰匙的鎖跟附上的說明照片不一樣，一下子說還沒放好，一下子說已放好，是標示被清掉，來來回回幾次才拿到鑰。 3.備品不足：6大1小，住了6晚，毛巾不換，衛生紙根本就給不夠，還要自己採買，垃圾桶只有廁所跟廚房有。 4.第三個房間，沒有冷氣口，空間只擺得下一張床，感覺比較像儲藏室... 1.Outdated and poorly maintained facilities: The faucets in both bathrooms could not be fully tightened, possibly due to worn rubber seals. The shower water pressure was very low. The toilet seat cushion was loose and tilted when sitting. The gas stove burners appeared partially blocked, resulting in uneven flames that easily burned food. The range hood was not cleaned and had weak suction. The non-stick frying pan was heavily scratched, and the cooking spatula seemed partially melted. If you plan to cook regularly during your stay, this may be quite frustrating. 2.Key collection was very confusing: The lockbox did not match the instruction photos provided. We were first told the key had not yet been placed, then told it had been placed but the marking had been erased. It took several back-and-forth communications before we finally received the key. 3.Insufficient supplies: We were a group of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) staying for 6 nights. Towels were not replaced during the stay, and toilet paper was insufficient, requiring us to purchase more ourselves. Trash bins were only provided in the bathroom and kitchen. 4.Third bedroom limitations: The third bedroom does not have an air-conditioning vent, and the space is only large enough to fit a bed. It feels more like a storage room than a proper bedroom.
