Very spacious - lots of room for the 4 of us. Plus 2 bathrooms. Quiet and safe location. Host easy to reach.
Could have been cleaner (eg. cobweb above kitchen light, paint and furniture in living area starting to show its age) We were asked to sort and take out garbage - this was a very odd request.

Very nice little studio. Clean and well kept. Away from the street so it is quiet, which also means there is no real view from the windows. The beds are nice but the fold out sofa/bed is hard when sleeping on it.
The studio is quite expensive, but this is general for Vancouver.

It was very convenient for local bus it was very clean and tidy.
Just a little bit out of town but bus stop very close.
