We loved the location and peaceful setting near to the lake and it's nearby charming town of Groveland. We used this as a base to visit Yosemite which was ideal, away from crowds. The house was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and the fire pit is great to sit around.
There is nothing to dislike about this place!

Great setting and a nice easy drive in to Yosemite.

We had trouble getting the key code to work. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain so we spent some time fixing the problem. It would have been nice to have a dishcloth in the kitchen to wash off the counters and table.

The neighborhood was quite and safe. The location to Yosemite was very good for the price.
The property was obviously in the process of being renovated. The pictures hid that very well. To their credit, the owners were willing to give us a refund.
