What a place!! Clean, comfortable and great location.
We had an incredible stay at this property. The location is absolutely stunning — tucked away in nature, with wildlife all around. Each morning we woke to the magical sight of deer right outside the house. It’s also ideally situated, just a short 40-minute drive to Yosemite National Park and only 5 minutes from Groveland for shops and dining. The house itself was spotless, very comfortable, and stocked with everything you’d need to cook and feel at home. It struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern convenience. Customer service was outstanding as well — every question I had was answered promptly and helpfully, making the whole experience stress-free from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting the area — it’s the perfect base for exploring Yosemite while enjoying peace, comfort, and nature on your doorstep.

I would only point out that there was not enough toilet paper and we had to go buy.

Less than what we expected, but not unpleasant.
The neighborhood was quite and safe. The location to Yosemite was very good for the price.
The property was obviously in the process of being renovated. The pictures hid that very well. To their credit, the owners were willing to give us a refund.
