The room was lovely and everything was clean and well organised. it was a really nice place to stay and they was really nice on the phone when we was asking for which room number we was in. It was not a far walk to the centre of Whitby and was in a beautiful area.
the mattress on the bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on, by the 4th day we was aching quite a bit. The mattress also felt like we was sleeping on a slope.

It was a lovely clean, spacious apartment in a good location. It was good that it had its own parking space aswell.
We had an issue getting in the apartment as there is a set of five keeps but they're not labeled, and there was two locks to get in and it wouldn't open

Absolutely perfect. Lovely decor, layout and amenities. Spotlessly clean and fully stocked with soaps and detergents and equipment etc. lovey peaceful location, but still easily walkable into the heart of Whitby.

The apartment is well presented and in a good location. The milk sachets and tea/coffee were appreciated. Beds comfortable.
There was dust on top of all the picture frames, shoe rack was dirty, and chrome fittings were streaky. I only noticed these things as I'm a cleaner.
Bath was slow to drain.
TV could do with updating, freeview box frequently needed retuning.
