Awful staff, awful property.

Nothing.

For a start trying to speak to the property owners was a bad experience with an ignorant man answering the call and as I was trying to speak with him to find out the correct pin for the lockbox to receive the key to enter the property, he put the phone down on me twice. the lockbox pin was incorrect and then for me to receive an email saying there was stains on the bed and mattress when I didn’t even go to sleep so they will be keeping the £100 deposit, absolutely disgusting how this was handled with the worse possible contact between the customer that I have ever had in my life. I think that your staff members need to be retrained as the whole experience was something that I wish to never have to deal with again.

Smell of smoke/marijuana throughout Large pile of rubbish in front yard Property was tired, loose electrical sockets, no globes in lamps, previous residents medication in fridge, double bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together do not very comfortable, mould in bathroom to walls/ceiling, could not watch any TV (not even after logging into our own Netflix and Amazon accounts, just kept buffering), couldn’t get any free to air tv either, wardrobe/hanging rail unit in bedroom was in pieces, iron plate was badly scorched
