Appartement entièrement rénové et très propre. Volets roulants et climatisation très appréciables. Place de parking au pied du logement. Propriétaire très réactif et sympathique ; à notre arrivée il y avait un cododo dans notre chambre qui ne convenait pas pour notre enfant, mais en le signalant au propriétaire celui-ci a immédiatement acheté un lit parapluie et nous l’a fait parvenir via un voisin. Quartier résidentiel très calme.
L’emplacement n’est pas très central mais cela n’a pas vraiment été un problème pour nous ; descendre au centre à pied prend 15-20 min et nous sommes remontés en taxi (le trajet coute 4€). Sinon en voiture cela se fait en 5 min et il y a un grand parking au port.

Very clean and you have all you need in the places. Also very helpful landlord. You can feel at home and energy of aparment is great.
Not much places to eat around. Additionally parking places is always occupied by someone and when I left in front of the building I found a note that it is private parking even no private parking sign was there so did not feel safe to leave around. Landlord was trying to help with situation.

Konumu biraz sapa bir yer gibi ancak araciniz varsa hic sorun degil. Hatta park yeri bulmaniz ayrica guzel oluyor.
