El diseño arquitectónico y el palacio donde está ubicado. La ubicación en la ciudad: céntrico y aislado de ruidos.
Hay un cuarto trastero que está abandonado, con humedad y mal olor. Tendrían que arreglarlo, porque es insalubre. Hay hormigas en la cocina, creemos que entran por las ventanas de la calle. Los aires acondicionados, no están bien mantenidos ( mucho ruido) y en una de las habitaciones estaba quitado, dejando directamente dos círculos agujereados a la calle.

L’appartamento si trova all’interno di un grande palazzo prestigioso e storico, totalmente restaurato a regola d’arte. Le stanze da letto e il bagno sono spaziosi, così come anche il soggiorno con la grande Smart tv. Il pavimento in listoni di parquet al primo piano è favoloso. A febbraio l’appartamento era ben riscaldato. Durante il soggiorno con i bambini abbiamo girato Palermo centro a piedi e la struttura si è rivelata essere posizionata in punto comodo e strategico per visitare la città.
Il piano terra è parzialmente seminterrato e dopo una giornata con finestre chiuse si sente il bisogno di far circolare un po d’aria, facilmente fattibile con l’aspirazione meccanica presente e le finestre.

Czysty apartament, do którego wchodzi się z czystego patio i czystej ulicy. Apartament na parterze także bez wspinaczki. Wygodne materace, poduszki. Wyposażona kuchnia w mikrofalówkę i niezbędne przybory kuchenne.
Brakowało nam wieszaka na kurtki przy wejściu.
