The room was very well situated for visiting everything in the town centre. Everything was provided and it was a very comfortable room with a nice ensuite. The manager/owner was very helpful when there was a problem with the water supply (a fault with the mains which affected the whole city) keeping us informed and ensuring we had water until the problem was fixed. Thank you for staying up to meet us and for your care during the water problem.

There were several apartments within the building and we believed we had booked a one bedroom flat (as described on the booking form). However we were given a large bedroom with an ensuite (named Topazio). It contained a well stocked kitchenette, table and chairs and settee. We arrived late on the first night and did not realise the situation until the following day but given that we liked the room and its position we decided not to complain (and we only stayed for a few nights). It may be a cultural misunderstanding but a one bedroom apartment in the UK generally means a bedroom separate to the kitchen/sitting room and dining area.

The location was ideal, easy to get around on foot, walking distance to many restaurants and the markets. The apartment was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had everything you need: a washing machine, microwave, TV, towel warmer, balcony, pots/pans, and dishware. Also, the host was very friendly and communicative if needed.

The toilet paper holder and shower hooks were not adhered properly; it appears they were put on minutes before entering the room, considering the material appeared wet still. Unfortunately, it was not able to use either to hang towels or the toilet tissue. However, this was minor and did not affect the stay.
