Disponibilitatea gazdei și informațiile detaliate oferite pentru accesul în apartament. Locația este foarte bună, totul fiind la îndemână, ceea ce a făcut șederea foarte confortabilă.
La duș nu am găsit gel sau șampon – recipientul era gol. De asemenea, dușul nu a funcționat corespunzător: sistemul de comutare între bateria dușului și para/pălăria de duș nu funcționa.
