I attended Saturday breakfast normal buffet style, food was good however, the female on breakfast duty could have been more polite. Also not impressed with the early closure of breakfast and the noise that accompanied this.

The property is located in the city center, you can have a great view to the park. The lobby and the breakfast area are in a great shape, also the elevators. The breakfast for 10 RON is a very great value!
The furniture in the rooms are vintage, there is no A/C and the overall cleanliness lacks.

Best location, friendly receptionist, clean room.
A "lady" in the breakfast room did not allow me to drink even a coffee or an orange juice (which I had paid for) repeating "not before eight". I had to be at the dogshow at 8.30 so it wasn't an option to wait until 8. I told her I'm gonna give 1 star just because of her unfriendly, unprofessional behavior, but I couldn't as everything else was OK.
Music from the restaurant is a little bit loud but it stops by the time you want to sleep.
