To ze wszystko było adekwatne i zgodne z opisem. Ogrzewanie ✅ Ciepła woda ✅ Komfortowa dwuosobowa kabina prysznicowa ✅ Działający aneks kuchenny i płyta indukcyjna ✅ Naprawdę pojemna i duża lodówka z zamrażalką ✅ Działająca zmywarka ✅
Smród z kanalizacji tj., z odpływu prysznica, ubikacji, umywalki w łazience. ❌

Sehr schönes neues Wohnviertel, Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll renoviert, fast alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Es gibt einen Aufzug, eine Tiefgarage und einen Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Das Fehlen einer Mikrowelle ist ein deutlicher Nachteil, da man das Essen nicht schnell aufwärmen kann. Die Dusche ist leicht undicht, und es kommt regelmäßig ein starker Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Von oben hört man die Nachbarn, besonders wenn Kinder laufen oder spielen. Das WLAN war anfangs schwach, wurde aber später behoben. Die kleine Pfanne sollte ersetzt werden. Schade, dass keine grundlegenden Dinge wie Öl, Zucker oder Salz vorhanden waren (Tee wurde bereitgestellt).

Чудове помешкання, все сподобалось, особливо хочу відмітити ліжко, воно в міру м'яке та зручне, спали, як на хмаринці. Також зручно, що є підземний паркінг. В помешканню було все необхідне. Дуже дякуємо!
Трошки підтікає душова кабіна, але думаю, що той маленький недолік легко залагодять і все буде ідеально!
