Gefallen hat uns die Lage. Die Appartementanlage war sehr sicher, mit vielen Kameras und 24/7 Pförtner. Moderne Wohnung mit Tiefgarage. Gute Anbindung an Metro/Straßenbahn. Sehr große Wohnung und tolle Küche.
Sehr unbequeme Betten im Wohnzimmer. Die eine als Schlafsofa ausgewiesene Couch war nicht nutzbar. Man lag wie auf einem Holzbrett. Zuvor mussten wir sie auch noch leider staubsaugen weil sie voll mit Krümeln und Schmutz war. Balkon war wenig einladend mit in Ecken stehenden Putzmitteln. Würden wir die Wohnung nochmal mieten ? - nein.

Świetna lokalizacja, tramwaj praktycznie pod blokiem, do metra jeden przystanek tramwajem. Sklepy obok. Przed blokiem dla dzieci dwie huśtawki i bujak. Miejsce postojowe w hali garażowej.
W salonie kanapa niezbyt wygodna do spania, jeden bok poluzowany.

Zamknięte osiedle, ale za to czujesz się bezpiecznie. Bardzo mili ludzie zamieszkują okolicę, chętni do pomocy. W pobliżu pizzeria, restauracja wietnamska, no i żabka ( a jakże by, zawsze się przyda ). W drugą stronę centrum handlowe ( Kaufland, Jula, Subway, pizzeria ), a na parkingu budka z pysznym kebabem z kurczaka z serem ( polecam !!! Sprawdzony. )Krótki spacerek do stacji metra ( linia M2 ) i na Rondo ONZ ( i mamy centrum ). Miejsce parkingowe pod osiedlem ( !!! ) ze swoim miejscem na auto - prosto z podziemnego garażu windą do mieszkanka - SUPER ! Polecam ( Rodzina 2 + 2 ) 4 dni pobytu.
