Bardzo przytulnie, czysto, świetna lokalizacja, super widok z tarasu (na osiedle i niebo). Bezpieczeństwo top.
Mała poduszka i materac mogły by być lepsze.

+ Dobrze wyposażony apartament (sztućce, naczynia, kieliszki, szklanki, żelazko, wiatrak, mały klimatyzator, ręczniki). + Bezpieczne osiedle. + Niewielki balkon do dyspozycji. + Blisko budynku znajduje się dużo punktów usługowych, restauracji, kawiarni.
- Bardzo gęsta zabudowa (balkon przy balkonie, wszystko widać, brak kameralności). - Parking dodatkowo płatny. Instrukcja wjechania bardzo nieczytelna, nie dało się znaleźć szlabanu wjazdowego bez wychodzenia z samochodu (przydałaby się mapka z dokładnym dojazdem). - Niesprawny czajnik. - Nieelastyczny właściciel (nie było możliwości wcześniejszego zaczęcia doby hotelowej ani jej odrobiny przedłużenia).
