It’s clean and where are no two level beds which is I’ve as it allows for better sleep

The main issue is safety. The main entrance lock was broken when I arrived. So anyone can just walk in. This leads serious safety concerns.

The hostel is excellent. It’s very clean everything is newly done. Where is no staff to check in but the self check in is made super easy. Also there are no two level beds, so all the beds a on the floor which is nice as it allows for a less disturbing sleep. It’s cheap too. It’s excellent choice if you need to stay in the area.

The price of the place was right, which made us make a mistake!

Contrary to what is stated in the description of this place, this place is not suitable for families with children at all!

The building and the interior seems very new, modern and chic (compare with the photos!). The location is comparatively far out, but therefore quiet and located next to a big park and a garden community. The hostel itself is small and houses only 6 rooms of maybe the same size? I was in room 1 with three beds. I realised that the men's bathroom was built with three showers, while the women's bathroom only had one. I only stayed for one night and I only saw two guests, one male, one female. And I didn't have any conflicts with other facility users. But I thought it worth mentioning. I didn't use the kitchen except for making an instant coffee, but I saw they had everything you need to prepare and eat a proper meal. And outside in front of the building there was a vending machine with a variety of the usual unhealthy snacks and drinks. One day ahead of my stay I received an email with two codes: one opened the front door, the other code opened a box for the room key. I asked whether that made the check-in time "until 11.30 pm" obsolete, but sadly never received a reply. So I played it save and arrived before that deadline.

I just mentioned the check-in times and the room key that was supposed to be in the little box: well, the key was not there. But I found a staff member on the patio hanging out with three, four other people. He was very nice, apologetic and quick to right the wrong, and he quickly found a fitting key. The door was locked from the inside though, and the one person sleeping inside didn't hear us knocking. But luckily we could push through the key and open the door anyway. But the sheets of the two not yet occupied beds had not yet been changed!. Again, the staff member apologised and changed the sheets very quickly. And yes, he gave me a towel as well. Next morning I realised that while the facilities bathroom, kitchen and other furniture surfaces looked nice and clean, the floor did not. In broad daylight you could easily see the many lint balls on the floor. So I recommend wearing shoes when walking around the house. I already mentioned the quiet area of Jenfeld and that I arrived past 11 pm by bus. I found the hostel with GoogleMaps easily enough. The shown path from the bus stop to the hostel was very accurate and took me less than five minutes. But it was quite dark and parts of the path were not illuminated. On top of that I heard (but hardly saw) some guys talking (or arguing?) loudly close by and I'm sure, to some the situation (dark/argument) would've been scary... Next day only I realised that I had been walking briefly alongside the Hohenhorstpark... These are quite a few negative points, but still I had the impression it was a very nice hostel. - And I slept very well.

Nice clean room, towel in the room. Kitchen equipped and nice and clean. For women in our part only 1x shower + 1x toilet in one room together. But we didn't have to wait and it was always free.

The room is ok

Alles. The fact that a man and a woman could be placed in a room is dangerous. And the guest always use the women toilet and bathroom and it was dirty. The fridge is dirty and the kitchen. The room was soooo cold I had to sleep with three clothes and I was still not warm. I also slept with my jacket.

Personalet er ikke i humør, skriker på folk, tidlige og klare beskjeder til kunder, ved en diskusjon mellom den personen som jeg har bestilt rom for og en ansatt, kunden ble kastet ut av hotellet en uke før den slutt dato. De lovde å betale tilbake en del penger, men de gjorde aldri det. Jeg sendte melding og fikk aldri svar.

Quiero advertir a todos los viajeros que eviten a toda costa este lugar. Mi experiencia fue aterradora y me hizo temer por mi seguridad. Desde el momento en que llegué, me encontré con un ambiente caótico y hostil. - Gritos y regaños a niños en todo el lugar - Habitaciones sucias y con olores nauseabundos - Compañeros de cuarto sospechosos y sin supervisión - Falta de seguridad para mis pertenencias - Exigencias de dinero en efectivo adicional a pesar de haber pagado todo Lo peor es que la descripción del lugar era totalmente falsa y no se parecía en nada a la realidad. Pedí ayuda a Booking para cancelar mi reserva debido a estas condiciones inseguras y la falta de respuesta del lugar, pero no me ayudaron. El lugar nunca respondió a Booking y perdí todo mi dinero. No quiero que nadie más pase por lo que yo. ¡Eviten este lugar a toda costa!
