The appartment is very conveniently situated with a closest beach.within 5 min walk, and a very short walk from the Menton landmarks. There are restaurants, stores, and bus stops all nearby and no traffic. The apartment is recently renovated and was spotless upon arrival. Real air conditioning and most necessary equipment was present. There even were beach mats and an umbrella that we could use. Responses of the host were quick,, in French and English.
We liked everything, but make a note of some things so they will not bother other people: 1) you have to bring your own coffee/tea, shampoo and beach towels (although there are some supplies for the first day). 2) the appartment is on the 3rd floor (if ground floor=the first floor) and hauling bags upstairs is not for everybody. 3) There is a washing machine, but your clothes will dry slowly when the air-conditioning on, even leaving windows open when the the air-conditioning is off helps very little

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has everything you need and is in a perfect location. It's in the centre but in a more quiet side street and very safe. The beach mats and beach umbrella are very useful and you're at the beach in less then 5 minutes.
Maybe bigger towels would be nice

Everything was perfect! It exceeded my expectations. The location is right at the entrance to the old town, 5 min walk to the beach and a promenade. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
The studio is not very big but it has everything you need for your comfortable stay.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem Appartment und es war für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Menton perfekt. Zentraler geht es nicht. Super sauber! Wir haben die Park Garage Interparking genutzt. Nicht weit entfernt. Direkt am Strand. Alles perfekt.
