Bellissimo e comodissimo appartamento a Pinzolo

Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato da poco. Il punto di forza è la presenza di due bagni a servizio delle due camere da letto. Posto auto riservato nel condominio e fermata skibus molto comoda proprio davanti all'uscita dall'appartamento. Prezzo ottimo!

Avevamo solo una chiave del portone di ingresso al condominio, consiglio di lasciarne almeno due copie. Ci è capitato di non poter entrare perchè la chiave del portone l'avevano le nostre compagne che non erano ancora tornate. Abbiamo comunque risolto chiamato la proprietaria che è stata gentilissima ad aprirci da remoto.

Bardzo udany pobyt, w komfortowym mieszkaniu, w dobrej cenie.

Mieszkanie świeżo po generalnym remoncie, wszystko całkowicie nowe, czyste, estetyczne. Mieszkanie jest duże, posiada dwie łazienki co jest bardzo dużym plusem. My byliśmy tylko we dwie osoby ale dla czterech osób również będzie idealne. Lokalizacja jest dobra, blisko do ski busa, lub na pieszo 15 minut do gondoli. 5 minut spacerkiem do centrum. Bardzo blisko market Coop. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, szybki i miły.

Jak już ktoś wspomniał wcześniej- poduszki są trochę za wysokie. Bardzo mały kosz na śmieci i brak firanek lub zasłonek. Są drewniane zasłony zewnętrzne, prawdopodobnie całkowicie zaciemniające ale jednak firanki lub zasłonki byłby zbawienne w temacie prywatności w nocy i dostępu światła nad ranem. Ale główny zarzut to głośno działające grzejniki elektryczne. Chcąc utrzymać daną temperaturę w pokojach, grzejniki co jakiś czas włączają się i wyłączają powodując dosyć głośne "cpykanie", które budzi lub powoduje trudności w uśnięciu. Jedynym rozwiązaniem jest znaczące obniżenie temperatury na panelu w pomieszczeniu, tak żeby grzejnik do rana już się nie załączał. I to polecam bo pod kołdrą i tak jest ciepło ;)

Mancanza di qualche accessorio (Burazzi, Tappetini nei bagni). Cuscini troppo alti.
