Pinzolo Ski Lodge Retreat

L’appartamento è molto ben tenuto, moderno e spazioso. La posizione è ottima e la presenza dell’ascensore è un plus.

L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima a Pinzolo, a due passi da Piazza Carera che offre un ricco programma di eventi tutte le sere d'estate. Su due piani, offre tutti i comfort e la piacevolezza di un ambiente luminoso, moderno e ben curato nei dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare la struttura su due piani, i 3 balconi, i 2 bagni, il servizio di lenzuola, asciugamani e tovaglie inclusi e la presenza di prodotti per l'igiene della casa e della persona. Complimenti!

Spacious and bright and modern! Great location near the centre of town!

The check-in was abysmal. The woman, Allesia, never sent us the access details prior to our arrival, and when we tried to contact her over a number of hours, she didn't bother to answer her phone! We lost our entire first day of our stay as we didn't get into the apartment until 7pm and that was only thanks to a kind local man who made some calls for us, and tracked down the owner! We were absolutely exhausted at that stage and had to cancel meeting up with our friends that evening! We were paying almost €1000 for 4 nights and would have expected more professional treatment and not excuses like her phone wasn't working and "we all make mistakes!"
