Location to Tower Bridge, and the tube stations. Everything you could need for a short London break.

Unfortunately the apartment wasn't built for a UK heatwave and even with windows open and multiple fans going it was stifling. The sofa bed isn't big enough for 2 adults but would be fine for children. Overall condition is ok but was showing signs of wear and tear although this didn't bother us or affect our stay.

Walking distance to Kings College University. Close to restaurants & supermarkets - easy walk if a few minutes. Enough space for 1 person. Might be tight for 2 people. Great kitchen. Excellent communication & instructions from owner. Bermondsey was a great area to visit. Washing machine available in the apartment. Complex was generally quiet & people were friendly.

Complex felt a bit tired & rundown. Very small bathroom. Bed not super comfortable for me. Personal preference of course! No air conditioning during the heatwave. In normal circumstances I’m sure it would be fine with the fans provided & windows opened. One of the windows was broken window so unable to be opened during the heatwave. Others opened no problem. Owner advised of this at check in & said it would be fixed after I left. Apartment is upstairs. Not great for people with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Location good, quiet, modernised. Secure with good amenities.

Worn out mattress on bed, bedding was stained and not suitably presented (doona cover not on doona and no seperate top sheet. Tea and coffee not fresh.
