Bright 2-Bed Home near Tower Bridge & Shard

Location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable enough for the five of us in terms of space .

The weather was extremely hot and there was a shortage of working fans. One of the curtains was missing so we struggled to keep the place cool against direct sun. There seemed to be some confusion about returning the keys. Although I dropped of the keys half an hour before check out, I got an email late afternoon seeking to charge me £120 for "lost keys" and the photo concerned was not the keys for that apartment. I declined to pay but also received messages on the app demanding I return the keys. When I finally arrived home after a whole day travelling, I replied to once again explain that I had done the correct thing and I have still not received an acknowledgement some 17 hours later.

La ubicación es perfecta, la zona es tranquila con zonas de recreo con pistas de tenis y bares y cafeterías muy tranquilas y el alojamiento está perfecto nos quedamos 5 personas muy a gusto.

Que no tenga aire acondicionado pero es normal en Londres

Great location, very quiet area with lots local restaurants

Carpets in bedrooms very stained, looks dirty. Some cobwebs in bedroom too. Pillows poor quality. Feels like the property could do with bit of revamp in areas.
