la localisation proche de commerces, de plages, ... tout faisable soit à pied soit en voiture en 30min max pour randonnées ou autres visites. le très grand lit double très confortable. maison spacieuse et la vue sur la mer dont on peut occulter le côté usine. quartier typique non touristique. disponibilité de l'hôte.
le revêtement et la proximité de la route avec le bruit quasi incessant de la circulation. des remontées d'odeur des égouts (lié aux marées ?).

Wohnung war sauber, Lage außerhalb von Costa Teguise, dennoch nah zu Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Wohnung roch modrig , Geruch konnte nur durch ständiges Öffnen der Fenster verbessert werden. Bei starkem Regen kommt Wasser durch Decke im Wohnraum, im Bad kommt Wasser an der Wand herunter und aus dem Fenster rein. Silikon in Dusche ist undicht, Wasser läuft ins Badezimmer. Gastgeberin wurde informiert, kein Interesse an Entgegenkommen hinsichtlich Mängel an Wohnung. Auch keinerlei Entschuldigung wegen gemeldeter Mängel, kaum Kommunikation hierzu. Ausstattung Geschirr spärlich(z.B. nur 3 Kaffeetassen bei 4 Betten)
