O apartamento é como no anúncio, simples mas bem arrumado, cama confortável, ventilador e cozinha com o basico pra uma estadia confortável.
A rua é barulhenta, mas eu sai muito, isso não me incomodou.

Apartamento muito limpo, arejado, ventilado. Utensílios, todos. Aparelhos, todos funcionando.
Nada me aborreceu. Para pessoas que implicam com a vizinhança de um centro histórico, não convém. Pois a noite é vazio e todos os gatos são pardos, eu, particularmente, não me aborreço com isso.

Minha esposa e eu saímos do apartamento com a certeza de voltar em breve. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a localização é excelente para passeios e compras e o ap é bem aconchegante. O bairro é consideravelmente tranquilo também. Recomendamos demais!
