Estive lá em março de 2026. Mesmo com a localização próxima ao centro histórico o apartamento é silencioso na maior parte do tempo. O apartamento está em ótimas condições, utensílios e equipamentos de cozinha todos novos. Amenidades que ajudam na estadia: açúcar, sal, óleo, shampoo e sabonete. Colchão de casal bom. Ar condicionado muito bom e necessário Comunicação com o proprietário também foi fácil e gentil.
Pode não ser bom para pessoas com muita dificuldade de mobilidade porque o elevador pára um andar abaixo do apartamento e depois sobe um lance de escada.
