The villa was modern, well-equipped and conveniently located (a 5-minute drive to Super U and La Croisette). All three of its ensuite bedrooms were AC-powered, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all appliances and kitchenware available (including dishwasher, coffee maker, oven...). We enjoyed the pool, which was cleaned daily, and we were also provided with towels.
An overhead fan would be ideal in the living room area to keep the space cool, especially during Summer.

It was a nice place with a good location — close to everything I needed. The apartment was clean and had the basics covered, which made the stay comfortable overall.
The main issue we had was that the water didn’t heat properly while showering

It was o nice villa with a great pool.
Poor and broken cleaning materials. Only 3 toilets rolls for 4 adults for 10 days. Many balls came into the pool from the nearby paddel court. The agent did not show up when we left.
