Très fonctionnel. Belle surface. Appartement agréable.

Rien à voir avec l appartement qu on a bien apprécié mais nuits bruyantes à cause des chiens du quartier.

We recently spent a week in this accommodation. We were met and welcomed by Anne Roux the representative of the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It is very close to Grand Baie beach and restaurants. So, it is well situated.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the apartment. I brought this to Anne’s attention. She advised that it was solar powered and if there was no hot water the next day, I should advise her of this, which I did. Anne the arranged for a “technician” to install a water heating system. The technician spent several hours at the apartment and assured us that we would now have hot water. Unfortunately, this did not work- there was still no hot water! Anne was advised of this. On the day of our departure a gentleman came to the apartment to bid us farewell. Whilst he was there one of the water pipes that the technician installed burst and the water flooded the bathroom and into the passage. I subsequently received a Whatsapp message from “Julie F. General Manager” who advised me that he had a meeting schedule with the property owner and he is confident that we would “secure a meaningful compensation.” I have had no further contact from anyone involved with this apartment. Somewhat disappointing.
