Great location! Very convenient staying in old town

to the moon more like to the dog park. Too many dogs. Must love dogs to stay here. 5 plus dogs on the hotel property. Barking when you come in and leave. Attacking some people, barking and jumping all over them. Once the dogs were put on leashes because they almost attacked a young girl visiting for the day with her family. I like well behaved dogs, the owners are very much at fault for raising them without boundaries. Dogs in the pool, not for people. Barking all night, so sleep was not great (even being in the back of the property didn’t help with the noise) Aggressive young dogs/untrained, not a safe place for all. Extremely slow unfriendly/unhappy staff service…. Unlike Thailand. The two sweet women that worked looked extremely unhappy and exasperated. I did not feel comfortable in “Their” space Owner (man) is not pleasant/unwelcoming Felt like we were interrupting their time asking if the bar was open. Seemed like a hassle to be here. The restaurant is open but very hard to order because there is no waitress or reception to ask, so finding one of the three people working is a task. Understand that they live and work here but this place is just a trendy photo opportunity and nothing more. Most of the time during the stay they took over the lobby and communal areas making new sails for the fabric shade structure through out the property. They also replaced a few of the sails and it felt like a construction zone. Staying for 10 days was a huge mistake. One day is more than plenty. Rooms are basic for the rate. No space and very small bathroom space The best thing is the location. I will not stay here again. Hardly do I write bad reviews but this is the 2nd day in and I’m beginning to realize why they have a zero cancellation policy/no refund. Good luck, maybe ok if just for one night, if you’re looking for mind numbing slow pace, might be the place. Ie waiting 1.5 hours for breakfast (45 minutes just to order)

The pool and the convenience of having everything near

Clean modern room. Pleasant outdoor sitting area. Excellent location! Very quiet but 5 minutes walk from town centre. Big choice of restaurants etc. Good breakfast. Staff helped with finding suitable excursions

Fridge and room safe would have been nice. Noisy dogs

The location is good and the common area is really nice. If you like dogs there are plenty of them.

It is really loud. Our room was right next to the common area where you could hear music and loud talking every evening. You could also hear the alarm from the neighbors because the walls were so thin. We didn’t really sleep well. We also had a lot of ants in the bathroom.
