Trato excelente del personal. Llegamos bastante tarde y nos ayudaron buscando lugar para cenar. Ubicación muy buena, en el centro. Aparcamiento en el hotel, aunque en el alquiler nos dieron un coche enorme (5,30 m.) y no pudimos usarlo. En la calle se aparca muy bien fuera de las horas de pago (7:30 a 19:00 aproximadamente).
Mobiliario justo. Una mesita de noche adicional vendría bien. La ciudad es ruidosa durante el día.

We had a great stay. Rosi and Ana have been exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything and went out of their way to assist us with our rental car issues on arrival.. Nice room and community kitchen and terrace. Not far from the airport and directly in the center of Alajuela Great for first or last day on Costa Rica

Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Man spürt sofort, wie sehr sich hier um die Gäste gekümmert wird. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt und freue mich von ganzem Herzen darauf, wieder hier übernachten zu dürfen.
Alles war einfach wunderbar – die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten, die gemütlichen Zimmer und die einladenden Gemeinschaftsbereiche. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch das unglaublich freundliche Personal, das mit so viel Herzlichkeit und Wärme für die Gäste da ist. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.
