Da simpatia e disponibilidade da anfitriã. Da localização pois fica perto da zona histórica.
Há muito trânsito na zona o que implica alguma dificuldade em estacionar perto do apartamento.

Fantástico trato de la anfitriona. Gracias Marta!!. Bien situado para llegar en coche y aparcar, con supermercados cerca. La decoración hace que te sientas como en un alojamiento de lujo. Muy amplio, con habitaciones espaciosas incluyendo alguna con camas individuales (difícil de encontrar y que facilita mucho el alojamiento para determinados grupos de viajeros) y muy buena zona común en la que poder relajarse y compartir tiempo. Muy cómodas las camas. Dos baños. Ascensor. Muy bien insonorizado y climatizado.
Pequeños detalles prácticos, más que nada en el baño: espacio de encimera o estante para dejar las cosas, perchas o toallero. Las sillas del comedor aunque estéticamente son muy bonitas podrían ser más cómodas.
