    The booking was for March 2026 which was made in error as I was there in December 2025. Upon realising that I made a mistake, I checked with the staff there if I can book directly with them and cancel the booking which they said yes. However upon my return, my multiple cancellation requests goes unanswered at 1st, and even after getting Agoda involved, they were not able to support and said that the property has rejected the cancellation request. Property itself is actually fantastic so no complains about that.

    Quiet and peaceful but prepared that after 7pm must go down the hills for food but doesnt stop me from coming back here again

    • Consider keeping the swimming pool lights on until 9 or 10 PM for evening use. • Breakfast variety could be improved a bit. • Adding more chairs to the balcony area would also be great for relaxing. Thanks for the lovely stay!

    The place is dull the terrace type rooms are way over priced for a dull depressing shoe box with dark charcoal Colour sprayed concrete walls not even a picture on the wall, husband said he’s seen nicer prison cells on tv We lost our payment, checked out 40 mins after checking in and went and found a really nice resort near by Put it down to an expensive experience Bad owners haven’t trained their staff how to handle problems fairly
