    Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, particularly considering the condition of the room. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what we expected. The curtains were visibly dirty, there was mould on the floor and ceiling, dust and spider webs in several areas, and some of the bedding/furniture was damaged and in poor condition. These issues are not just cosmetic—they raise genuine concerns about hygiene and guest comfort. Breakfast provided was very basic, consisting only of rice porridge. Staff did support us with a better room, however it was still not clean enough and we also lost the mountain view room we had originally opted for. During our stay, one of our family members also developed a ringworm infection, which made the cleanliness concerns even more worrying for us. While we cannot definitively say it was caused by the hotel, the overall hygiene conditions certainly left us concerned. On a positive note, the staff were hospitable, polite and helpful, and we appreciated their attitude and service. Overall, the property appears to need significant attention to cleaning, mould treatment, bedding and general maintenance. With better upkeep and hygiene standards, the hotel could provide a much better experience.
