Cleanness, food, service and hospitality.
The booking website (Booking.com) didn't shorten my trip apart from the conformation acknowledgement i received. I have to pay extra day without being there and moreover their customer is worst.

At the time of booking, they confirmed the booking. Later, they asked me to check in at another place in one of their hotels. When I went there again, they sent me to another place for check-in. I booked a premium hotel and paid a high cost, but they asked me to stay at an average type hotel.
They shouldn't accept the Booking if they don't have room availability.
