Location, walking distance to what we needed.
Was nice and clean.
The snacks and water were such a welcome addition after a long day of travelling!
Plenty of towels and bedding was excellent.
The aircon leaked when put below 24deg. Leaving it on 24deg made the room hot. We placed a bowl and some towels but then listened to the Drip noise all night. Not a deal breaker, just a bummer.

Great location.
Shower completely soaked bathroom floor whilst using it

The bedrooms was small but had everything to ensure e pleasant stay. The only problem was shower over bath and with my mobility problem went to use the bath but no plug ?
As above

The location
The wifi never worked, I wasn’t aware there were no laundry facilities, and for younger children I wouldn’t recommend this accomodation. The windows had no security screens or safety mechanisms, opening the window right up and being on level 2 was very dangerous. The shower head needs to be serviced as water went everywhere when using this.
