The bedrooms was small but had everything to ensure e pleasant stay. The only problem was shower over bath and with my mobility problem went to use the bath but no plug ?

Location was great...very close to the CBD, restaurants, bars and cafes were just down the street and the Maritime Museum was right across the road.
Room was very nice and modern.
Lift to the 2nd floor was good as well.
The wi-fi access was poor the first two days and non existent on the third day.
As nice as the room was, it would have been better if there was a table & chair rather than a second bed.

Easy to find and great access for my car also. The girl in the office was very friendly and assured us of parking our car in the visitors bay.
I would definitely recommend your property, in fact, I have already recommended it to my brother who will be in Townsville soon.

location was very good.
manager at adjoining motel where rooms were situated was rude,arrogant and made us feel uncomfortable, there was no table in a very small room, no parking as we had to park on street and hope we didnt get parking ticket.and walk back and forth to load and unload car.
