Spacious, helpful off shore assistant
No light in ensuite bathroom - When I raised this, I was told that they had just replaced it . ("ummm that doesn't help" )
Keys were located a 5 minute's drive away - and were expected to be returned to same site 5 mins drive away.
Car keys were accidently left in property - cleaner very kindly posted back to us in Sydney- Thanks Jamie 5XXXX.
No option for the managing agent to arrange return of keys - was left to the cleaner - seems unprofessional
However grateful to have the keys returned.
