Altitude Eleven - Stadium & River Panorama

The location was amazing and the unit was top-notch. The Palmer St Precinct has many adjacent eateries which makes it very convenient for lunch and dinner. Breakfast however, requires a bit of effort or preparation...that said, the Night Owl is only about 400m from the elevators...and Maccas not far away either. The views from the balcony are superb...water and sea views.

Collecting and dropping off the keys. However, read all the provided information and it will make it easier. The location is near probably the busiest and most popular part of The Strand...especially between 5:30pm to 8pm...so nearby parking can be difficult. That said, there is a Loading Zone directly out front of the key location that, if empty, can be used for short-term pick-ups. The "drive on the right to scan your security fob...then drive on the left" situation at the undercover parking can't be explained easily...you have to experience it.

Location

In Victoria we are advanced on Queensland in relation to the philosophic idea of short term renting. I rent out a holiday house and ensure that our guests are treated as just that. This was not the feeling I got from this and other Queensland rentals. We provide a range of simple staples provisions such as olive oil , we suggest rather than dictate a range of rules and needs and are very welcoming. Lack of human contact in arrivals is poor practice.

Location was excellent, spacious with good views Prompt response when we needed blankets

No living room coffee table.
