No light in ensuite bathroom - When I raised this, I was told that they had just replaced it . ("ummm that doesn't help" ) Keys were located a 5 minute's drive away - and were expected to be returned to same site 5 mins drive away. Car keys were accidently left in property - cleaner very kindly posted back to us in Sydney- Thanks Jamie 5XXXX. No option for the managing agent to arrange return of keys - was left to the cleaner - seems unprofessional However grateful to have the keys returned.

Location, location, location. A short walk to shops and supermarkets. Great restaurants and cafe close by. Unit was very comfortable and well appointed.

Getting the bloody keys is a pain in the Ass. You have to go to another place to get the key which is ok if you have a car. They give you a code and you have get it out of a mail box in some other block of units. I found this a real pain and at the time of booking we didn't know about having to go to another location to get the key. Otherwise you are paying more to get to your accommodation.

The rules - not to have any make up on towels due to difficulty washing off makeup People staying do not want to bring their own bed linen and towels due to luggage weight or buy towels etc when they are there. Whilst the unit was i a prime location I would not re-book with this venue.
