It was a great location. Very spacious for the 5 of us, could easily accommodate more. Absolutely loved the personal hot tub on the deck. We used that every night! Now we are contemplating getting one for home. :)
No complaints. But the cable did not work on the lower channels. They did come to fix it, but they just gave a Roku device. But we didn’t really use it as the main tv worked just fine when we needed it.
