ABOUT THE KITCHEN
NEW!! 5 BURNER GAS RANGE AND REFRIDGERATOR!
The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the frig, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could possible want. We have quality pots/pans, Fiesta dishes, baking dishes, crockpot, griddle.......you name it. We want our property to feel like a home so we have furnished it with everything we need!
Enjoy GRILLING? We have a large propane gas grill on our small deck!
ABOUT THE BEDROOMS (Perfect for Men's Ski Groups)
The four beautifully furnished BEDROOM SUITES are all updated with new flooring, linens, spreads, pillows, and accessories. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, BOTH with a Queen + Single! The Master is privately located upstairs with a KING BED and walk-in shower. The small bunk room suite is located on the main floor behind the kitchen and also has a walk-in shower. Kids love this room! Perfect for 2 or 3 kids or 2 single adult. The bunks are a full over full size with a small dresser drawers. The three larger bedrooms have new flatscreen TV's and ALL BEDROOMS HAVE PRIVATE BATHS!
ABOUT OUR CLUBHOUSE:
WINTER: Outdoor heated swimming pool! Hot Tub, Sauna and Dressing Rooms
SUMMER: Clubhouse has 2 large outdoor pools, a kiddie pool and hot tub. In additions, for our summer guests, our clubhouse has beautiful tennis courts, pickleball courts, sanded volleyball courts and horseshoes.
We provide parking for 2 cars, one covered. The quiet complex is well maintained and secured.
CLEANING STANDARDS!
Our townhomes will always be professionally cleaned between guests. All linens such as sheets, towels, and kitchen t-towels will be freshly washed upon your arrival.
We will also provide hand soap at every sink and disinfectant wipes in every town home.
For the comfort of all our guests, this is a NO SMOKING AND NO PETS facility.

Amazing townhouse! Has everything we need for us and our adult children/families for winter ski vacation. Great location to PCMR with the Canyons Village Connect shuttle service and proximity to SLC airport. Owners have excellent communication before, during and after stays. This is our second year in their home and will definitely stay here again on future Park City family vacations.

Host was easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Rental unit was very well equipped, clean and comfortable for our family. We were able to get early check-in, which helped since our flight got us in so early the first day. Easy access to HighValley Transit during Sundance made things so easy for our family.( It was a short bus ride to Main St.) We highly recommend this host and rental unit!!

This is our second year in this property. It is perfect for our two families. The location is great and we love coming to Park City each year. The home is very well equipped and Jean Ann is great to check in on us to see if we need anything during our stay. Looking forward to year 3.

We came to Park City for the first time to ski with a group of family and friends including adults and teens. I wasn’t sure about the layout of Park City and the Canyons. We skied at Park City because we aren’t avid skiers, and they have green runs available. We had a car so we drove over and parked in preferred parking for only $10. Then we walked right up to the lifts. If we had been more avid skiers I think it would have been just as easy or possibly more easy to get to the Canyons lifts. All this to say this condo is in a great location regardless of your skiing experience.I am a vacation rental owner, and I can say I wish my cleaning staff cleaned my property as well as this condo was cleaned. It was also well organized. Jean Ann is great to work with and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in the Park Cities area.
