The situation, close to the beach and amenities. The lovely balcony with sea views. The spacious, modern feel of the house.

The bedroom curtains let in a lot of light, which we found woke us early.

The location is perfect this is a Beautiful house with everything you need Ice maker was a nice touch in this heat Beds are comfy Everything was clean on arrival 5 min walk to high street with loads pubs and restaurants We got the bus 401 to Tankerton but you can also go to Herne Bay and Canterbury The host was very informative of check in and local places to visit always replying to messages Will definitely go back

Parking can be a bit tricky at times and car park is £30 day we dropped off our stuff and parked a few roads away and walked back

Everything!! Amazing location, space, garden, roof terrace and so close to all bars restaurants. Sitting in the sun on the terrace watching the beach view was perfect. Amazing sunset

Fantastic place we were all impressed every detail catered for and lovely host Martin kept in touch to ensure we had a good stay. Spacious and well equipped

All excellent could have done with extra toilet rolls 🤣
