3BR Private Pool Villa in Canggu Near Finns

The villa is set back from the main road but within easy reach of the shops. The villa isn’t overlooked so is private. The furniture in all the rooms is lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. The air con was a blessing. The garden was tidied regularly and housekeeping was just right. Communication with the owners was faultless.

We had an issues with the shower in room two but that was rectified straight away

Secure and mostly tranquil- depending on how much noise the next villa might make. Close to Baked Cafe, Terra, Luna Sol Pilates and Longtime restaurant!

No dishwasher.

The AC was dripping water/liquids All the rooms had slide doors but they all had small gaps for mosquitoes to get in A little more cleanlines - bathroom floors, living room rug was all stained, pool bench cushions were starting to mold

recently stayed at The Retreat Canggu, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The villa looks exactly like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the best things about this villa is how well they accommodate every need. Whether it’s an extra bed, a relaxing massage, daily housekeeping, or even bike rentals, they can arrange everything seamlessly. Our PIC, Lidya, was incredibly helpful and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The location is also perfect—just a stone’s throw from the lively Berawa area, yet tucked at the end of an alley, providing extra privacy and a peaceful ambiance. At night, there’s a security guard on standby, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Retreat Canggu for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and well-serviced villa in a prime location. Can’t wait to come back!

1. Housekeeping is not daily by default (3 times a week), but you can request it for a very reasonable extra charge. 2. Electricity tripped a few times—likely due to the recent renovations and additional lighting, which do enhance the ambiance. It might be good for them to consider upgrading the power capacity. That said, these were just minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. I’d definitely recommend The Retreat Canggu and would love to come back!
