Modern 3BR Villa near Beach Villa Vintage 1 Private Pool & Great Value July&August

Great place. Good location. Close to the beach and the beach clubs. Some lovely little bars and restaurants nearby. Only stayed for a few days but would come back. Easy communication with the owner.

Great location for nights out - you can walk to Finn's for a luxury beach club/bar day. Close to Old Man's too. Lovely massage shop at top of alleyway 'Marissa spa', great little bar there too, walk to Margaret's beautiful Italian restaurant, walk to Neighbourhood for a gorgeous breakfast. Lovely clean bedrooms each with own aircon which is a must. One ensuite downstairs and shared bathroom for other 2 rooms. Bath and pool towels provided, no need to pack them. Got immediate replies from owner and housekeeper via WhatsApp.

Fan but no aircon in living area, so we left bedroom doors open which did the job. A few mosquitos as bathrooms are slightly open with gorgeous plants growing up the sides, you'll spot tiny lizards now and then on the walls, they eat mosquitos so they're your friends, don't harm them or scare them off! Only fits a 2 seater sofa in living area but 6 lovely thick wooden stalls to sit at large breakfast area area, just can't all watch TV together, but who (except my 4 teenagers!) needs to watch TV when in Bali?!

A lovely quiet villa with great air conditioning and pool. Close enough to restaurants bars and both Atlas and Finns beach club. Great communication from Baley and Kadek who were really responsive.

location is good but there is a big constructions going on behind the Villa.

inside is full of mosquitos, dirty and the old Couch with stain . also the water in the pool quite dirty.
