The cabin is a great little surprise, it has all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. It’s cozy and has a lovely patio area which would be lovely to enjoy in the summer. The host was nice and accommodating whenever we called him.
When you first arrive, it can get a bit confusing because the cabin is at the back of the main house and you have to cross a garden path that is lodged between 2 wooden doors before you get to the actual cabin. Which is essentially a very well built independent unit in the host’s back garden. My only advice would be to get an extractor fan for the stove. You definitely need a car in the area, because there are no shops around but Uber rides are pretty cheap in the area and Slade Green station is a 7 minutes drive away. When it gets windy, you hear the garden doors knocking.
