Valter is lovely and very helpful. The kitchen is great, well equipped. Everything is very modern and clean. Fantastic location near the path down to the lake, the bus stop to Rome and gelateries, herbalist, good bakery. Wifi reliable.
There's a lot of mosquitoes in the area and no screens on the windows so best to bring repellant.

Centrally located, compact attractive little flat . There are many restaurants, coffee bars and shops within walking distance as is a nice longer walk around Lake Nemi. Parking spaces are always thin on the ground, but the position of this flat means something can be found.
The flat is equipped for a one night stay, the current lack of facilities make a longer stay a little more challenging..
