The apartment is in the old city center of Murau at a very good location close to everything. It is in an old building but has been renovated nicely. The communication with the host was quick and without problems, on our day of arrival we could check in earlier which helped us a lot. This is definitely appreciated. The wifi was working well also, heating was quick and efficient. The apartment was very clean.

There are a few things to be improved or cons: When we arrived the fridge had an awful smell. It was clean, but something might have been left in it which went bad. The bed is of bad quality. It creeks and you feel every movement of the other one sleeping on it. It is also very soft. I would definitely recommend to change for a better quality one. On the last day we requested whether we can leave our single piece of luggage 3 hours after the checkout in the staircase of the building, because we went to ski and we had nowhere to put it. This has been refused referring to not enough space in the staircase. It could fit in any corner, it was a standard small suitcase. This created complications for us, even though we could solve it by going to another local hotel, where they were very nice and kept our luggage until we get back, for free, even though we have not been staying there. This would have been a small favor costing nothing, but still got refused.

Het appartement heeft een goede locatie.

Het appartement is vrij donker. De zitbank is echt heel slecht, versleten. Het bed is heel erg zacht. De douchekop lekt heel erg. De afwerking van het appartement is niet heel goed. In Oostenrijk is alles meestal super schoon - dit appartement was oké maar niet zoals andere appartementen waar we verbleven. Achteraf gezien zou ik toch een appartement kiezen met een Summer Card.
