Ich reise überdurchschnittlich viel, habe entsprechend viel Unterkunfts-Erfahrung (positiv als auch negativ). Appartement CREMA ist eine außergewöhnlich positive Erfahrung! Alles(!) was die Räumlichkeiten betrifft als auch die Gastgeberin persönlich bewerte ich gerne als: Vorzeige-Unterkunft. Viele Betriebe sollten/können sich hier ein Beispiel nehmen. Dann könnten sowohl Gast als Gastgeber zufrieden sein.

De communicatie met Silke verliep erg soepel. Door vertraging kwamen we later aan dan gepland en konden we haar helaas niet persoonlijk ontmoeten, maar via WhatsApp hebben we alles snel en gemakkelijk kunnen afstemmen. Bij aankomst troffen we een schoon en sfeervol appartement aan, en als kers op de taart stonden er drie gebakjes in de koelkast met een hartelijke welkomstboodschap. Een warm en gastvrij ontvangst!
Persoonlijk slaap ik graag in een donkere kamer, en dat was hier helaas niet goed mogelijk. In de woon-/slaapkamer ontbraken gordijnen, wat met overburen in zicht wat minder prettig was. De aparte slaapkamer had wel gordijnen, maar deze verduisterden onvoldoende. Ik heb dit bij Silke aangegeven en zij ging op een prettige en constructieve manier met de feedback om.

Saubere zweckentsprechende Wohnung, geschmackvolle, moderne Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage, nahe zum Hauptplatz. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
