The host was very detailed in giving instructions on checking in. He also included a video on how to get to the location for collection of keys. To enter the building was also very smooth. Just show the guard the QR code given by the host. The guard will also jot down your vehicle number and parking lot number. The guard will also request to check your driver's license. Location of the building was within walking distance to a lot of shops and eateries. We had our dinner around the shophouses nearby.

The host could have provided with more fluffy pillows and towels as we came as a family of 6. 4 pillows and 4 towels were not enough. It would also be better to provide more hooks in the toilet for guests to hang towels and change of clothes. Other than those mentioned above, the stay was comfortable and would recommend others to stay here.

Exactly like in picture. Very clean, comfortable and good service! Even had coway which is a huge bonus point!

Maybe can do something bout the water pressure in the bathroom.

Poor security management. I drove there and supposed to include a free parking lot. However, when i reached there, the security guard was asking me to pay additional to park over night. Not alot and only RM10. But i was not very pleased with the fact that i was put in the spot that i cannot reject and say no. And worst was, even after i paid, i was told to park under the sun, not allowing me to enter the sheltered carpark. I contacted the owner, but yet seems the owner could not deal with the poor management. I do not deny the fact that owner did try the best but, resulted nothing resolved. Caused a very bad experience spoilt my day calling and trying to communicate with the security guard. This was really the first time got this in Malaysia despite of me traveling there so often. Obviously it was a poor communication management between the owner and the appartment management team, but as a customer, bad experience is experience, no matter how much sorry owner said, it still spoilt my day. So i decided not to extend and chose another place to stay the next day.
