We had the whole upstairs area including a lounge. The family were so friendly and the children so sweet. They offered us tea each night and we had filling delicious breakfasts, they even offered to get up extra early to make us breakfast before our train. Beds were so comfy. The drive up to the property was amazing and the villa located next to a small tea field so beautiful view from the balcony.
Shower could be a bit hotter and more pressure (but otherwise good!). Also you’ll need a car or tuk tuk if you don’t want to take a long walk up a steep hill.

What a place! We spend 3 nights here with our kids from 1yr and 4yrs and couldn’t feel more at home. It’s a great family who helped us with everything during our stay. The place is absolutely clean and tidy, every morning we got a great breakfast and the villa is located 10 minutes away from Ella centre which is nice. These were the nicest people we met during our holiday in Sri Lanka.
