The host was very helpful, The location is great...near food and shops. The pool and spa were an added bonus. The equipment in the room was generous.
It was a little small and a bit difficult to manouver within, during a 3 night stay. However, the price was reasonable (in Honolulu terms) to compensate. The idea of having previous guests leftover food in the fridge, and left over hair and grooming product in the bathroom, is a bit off putting to us. Others might like that. But it tends to give it a more AirBNB vibe than a hotel room...which I guess it is. The bath/shower could do with a professional make-over...as opposed to the amateur one it has now. Finally, adding some made to measure curtains or drapes would improve the look of the place as well. So, my suggestion is: New curtains, a bathroom make-over, un-used toilet paper rolls, and dump any signs of the previous guests. Then you'd be warranted in raising your prices and you'd be sitting on a little gold mine.

La facilidad para hacer check in/out y la atención del anfitrión
La habitación (no se puede considerar apartamento) era bastante pobre y dejada. Hace tiempo que necesita una reforma. No tiene cocina, solo una encimera y varios pequeños eléctricos además de un frigo, ni siquiera hay fregadero y lavar los platos en el baño es complicado. Estaba lleno por todos lados de rollos de papel empezados (supongo que recogidos de habitación de hotel donde no pueden ponerlos empezados), así como varias pastillas de jabón usadas. La bañera estaba pintada a brocha para tapar los desperfectos, el aire acondicionado dejaba un hueco por donde supongo se nos colaron dos cucarachas y varias hormigas. No había ningún armario donde dejar la ropa solo una estantería de metal donde no podías colgar nada. Aunque estaba limpio con todo eso por medio y estando tan viejo y cutre daba mala sensación. Tuve más la sensación de estar en la casa que algún conocido te presta que de haber pagado más de 120€ por noche! Creo que deberían reinvertir el dinero en reformar, en lugar de querer ahorrar costes hasta en el papel higiénico. Si volviera a waikiki no repetiría aquí, buscaría un hotel en condiciones
