滞在に必要な（予備を含む）アメニティーは全て揃っていた。部屋は快適なレイアウトだった。プールサイドはいつも綺麗でクリーンに保たれていた。
建物自体が新しくないせいか、日中の隣の部屋の声や音楽のボリュームが騒がしかった。

The studio was nice, everything was there. Location was good situated.
When we arrived at the studio we found some props to use hard drugs with in our room. Also there were a lot of strange homeless drugaddict people at the entrance. The room and the pool sure could use some renovation, espacially if you pay almost 300€ per night, parking included. In the morning we both had our arms full of bites probably of bed bugs. The water of the pool was also super cold.
