The Amazing Hospitality of Mr.Somesh and Mr.Aman at the Front Desk, The Ease of the Check In, The Fluidty of Transfer to the Room.
The Exceptional Service by Mr.Bhuwan and The Sous Chef who was Tailoring meal to Prefrences.
The Many HK Staff who made sure room was spic and span always.
Exceptional Teams led by Exceptional People like Mr.Sandeep, Mr.Naval, and Mr.Negi.
Food Quality can be improved,

Rooms, Swimming Pool and Food
All good from hotel side but don't book via booking.com as they charge more. Before booking, i verified all the other website/apps and they showed clearly the details of the bill (including tax) but booking.com shows the total amount which was equal to the amount. Later after booking i realized that booking.com has not included tax amount and i have to pay that over and above the total value that i paid on booking.com.
After reaching i verified the hotel they normal rates and it looks that other website/apps were equivalent to that but booking.com is expensive.
Since i liked the hotel and hence i am giving my full recommendation.
