3BR Modern Apt Prime Location 7 Mins to CBD

It was just what we were after and we recommend it to others. I travelled with my older parents, so the stairs were hard for them and the door was a bit tough to open and close in the ensuite bathroom, but we knew all that before we arrived, so those were non issues. It was great all round. Three seperate rooms, nice size place. Friendly communication. We enjoyed that stay. Thanks for having us.

Location good, spacious and comfortable, two bathrooms and kitchen facilities/utensils etc Beds were comfortable and bedding well stocked. particularly liked that you could have the A/C on quiet and choose whether to have it in the bedrooms or not

For a two bedroom apartment it would be good to have a second set of keys. These could be available in the apartment on request. As it was, I had to coordinate with my colleague at all times for access. The rubbish room was simply described as 'on the ground the floor', but it was not easy to find at all - through a door marked toilets, down hallways, past various other doors and finally through a door that locked behind you - I had to put a milkcrate in the doorway to make sure I could get back in. A simple map of where to find the room or better directions are needed.

Great sized apartment for 6 people. Close location to everything. Clean and well prepared.

The air conditioner worked very well in the living area however didn’t reach the two bedrooms up the hall and so they were very cold throughout the particularly cold nights (-8 degrees). The main bedroom had its own air conditioner and so was warm and cosy.

The location was easy to access to most the famous places

No air conditioning or fan in room 2 & 3. The bathroom fan was very noisy.
