The property is conveniently located around 10 minutes from Como town centre, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a quieter setting. Parking was excellent, with secure automatic gates providing peace of mind and easy access throughout our stay. The lady who welcomed us was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The garden was also a lovely feature, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax and unwind.

A few areas could be improved. The towels felt quite worn and may be due for replacement, as they did not give the fresh, comfortable feel you would expect. The mattress on the double bed was firmer than we personally find comfortable, although I appreciate that mattress preference is subjective. The decor could also benefit from a little more attention to detail. For example, there are two identical canvas prints displayed in the main room and the hallway. This is obviously a minor point, but it gave the impression that the space had been furnished for practicality rather than with the same level of thought and character that helps make a stay feel memorable and special.
